The Polk County Board of Education recently updated the calendars for the 2020-2021 school year.  

 

Starting this year, Polk County Schools will publish approved calendars for two school years.  The calendar for the 2nd year is based upon the current calendar laws as prescribed by the NC General Assembly.  When planning vacations, families must understand that the calendars could change if the General Assembly makes changes to the school calendar law.

 

The Polk County Board of Education recently adopted the 2021-2021 school year calendar for all schools except Polk County Early College.  The calendar for the Early College will be adopted at the May 2021 Board Meeting.
