PCHS students spend summer working with Steps to Hope

Steps to Hope recently received a Rotary Club of Tryon Foundation grant to hire two summer interns from Polk County High School.

Steps to Hope offers 24-hour assistance to victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. The interns, Delaney Suddreth and Abel Casas, are both Polk County High School students.

During their time at Steps to Hope, Delaney and Abel received valuable work experience and a greater understanding of the support needed by domestic and sexual assault victims.

The Rotary Club of Tryon was glad to support Steps to Hope in their service to assault victims.
