On Friday, our superintendent, Mr. Aaron Greene was recognized as the Honorary Coon Dog Day King. Mr. Greene received this honor because of the time he donated to the Coon Dog Day 5K and for deejaying during other Coon Dog Day festivities. Saluda Commissioner Paul Marion presented Mr. Greene with this honor. The students and staff were excited to be a part of this and celebrated with Mr. Greene afterwards with a short school dance. The staff who assisted with the 5K were recognized as well as the students who participated in the 5K run this year.
