Students at Saluda Elementary have been participating in DrumFIT during PE classes.  DrumFIT is a non-competitive fitness program for all ages.  Students each have a fitness ball and drumsticks and follow along to a variety of  videos.  They drum, jump, bounce, balance and dance with the balls to lively music.
