Fourth graders at Polk Central Elementary School put teamwork and problem-solving skills to work during a recent maze challenge.
Students worked with partners to create their own mazes, giving them an opportunity to think through design choices while also practicing collaboration.
The activity combined creativity with communication and gave students a hands-on way to practice skills they can use well beyond the classroom.
